Various types of certification apply to the different courses. The Microsoft Office courses are bases on ISETT SETA unit standards, and as such, the certificates issued conform to these standards.

Creative Minds is a Pastel Authorized Training Center. Once the training has been completed, the evaluation is sent to Pastel who will then issue their certificate.

We focus on making sure that you understand and can apply the work. As such, the exams are open book. If you can’t remember how a certain feature works, but you can look up the detail and then apply, it still means you can apply the knowledge.

Because we don’t work in a classroom setting, you schedule your own sessions as it suits you best.
